Jal Shakti Vibhag Anni Recruitment 2026: Himachal Pradesh Jal Shakti Vibhag, Jal Shakti Division Anni, District Kullu has released recruitment notices for engagement of Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter, Multipurpose Worker (MTW), Para Cook and Para Helper. Eligible candidates can submit their applications in the prescribed format within the specified dates.

Para Pump Operator Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation (10th) pass.
• ITI certificate in relevant trades such as Electrician/Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Pump Mechanic, Motor Mechanic or Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic from a recognized ITI is acceptable.
• Matriculation with certificate in the above-mentioned trades under a Government skill development scheme is also mentioned in the notice.
• Age limit: 18 to 45 years.
• Relevant field experience may be considered as per the prescribed criteria.

Para Fitter Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Matriculation (10th) pass.
• ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute.
• Matriculation with certificate in the relevant trade under a Government skill development scheme is also eligible as specified in the notice.
• Age limit: 18 to 45 years.

Multipurpose Worker (MTW) Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Middle (8th) pass.
• The qualification must be from a school duly recognized by the State Government or Central Government.
• Candidates applying for MTW are required to attach the detailed marks sheet of Middle Standard. Where the marks sheet is not issued by the concerned Education Board, the detailed marks certificate from the Principal of the school is required.
• Age limit: 18 to 45 years.

Para Cook Eligibility

• Candidate should have passed Matriculation from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.
• The condition of passing 10th from Himachal School shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
• Candidate must possess a degree/diploma in any trade from a Government-approved Hotel Management Institute/Institute of Hotel Management/Food Production Institute, or minimum 5 years’ experience in cooking/catering from any Government or private institution.
• No family member of the candidate should be in any Government/PSU/Board job.
• Age limit: 18 to 45 years.

Para Helper Eligibility

• Candidate should have passed Matriculation from a Board/University recognized by the Himachal Pradesh Government/Central Government.
• No family member of the candidate should be in any Government/PSU/Board job.
• Age limit: 18 to 45 years.

Other Eligibility Conditions for Para Cook & Para Helper

• Citizen of India.
• Bonafide Himachali.
• Having sound mind.
• No family member should be employed in any Government/PSU/Board job.
• Should not have been involved in any act of criminal nature.
• Medically fit to perform the duties.
• Permanent resident of the areas under Jal Shakti Circle, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

For Para Pump Operator

• Bonafide Himachali Certificate
• Matriculation Certificate showing marks obtained
• Relevant ITI/Skill Development Certificate
• Proof of age/Date of Birth Certificate
• BPL Certificate, not older than six months, if applicable
• Character Certificate issued by First Class Magistrate
• Applicable SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate
• Relevant Experience Certificate, wherever applicable

For Para Fitter

• Bonafide Himachali Certificate
• Matriculation Certificate showing marks obtained
• Relevant ITI/Skill Development Certificate
• Proof of age/Date of Birth Certificate
• BPL Certificate, if applicable
• Character Certificate issued by First Class Magistrate
• Applicable category certificate
• Relevant Experience Certificate, wherever applicable

For Multipurpose Worker

• Bonafide Himachali Certificate
• Middle/8th Certificate showing marks obtained
• Proof of age/Date of Birth Certificate
• Character Certificate issued by First Class Magistrate
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate, if applicable
• Relevant Experience Certificate, wherever applicable

For Para Cook & Para Helper

• Matriculation Certificate from the prescribed institution/board
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Food Production or prescribed cooking/catering experience, for Para Cook
• Bonafide Himachali Certificate
• Certificate regarding no family member being employed in Government/PSU/Board job
• Character Certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Certificate regarding no involvement in any criminal act
• BPL Certificate not older than six months, if applicable
• Relevant Experience Certificate, if applicable

Working Hours & Honorarium

The engagement is on the terms and conditions specified in the respective recruitment notices. The Para Worker posts are associated with 6 working hours per day.

For Para Cook and Para Helper, the prescribed monthly honorarium is:

• Para Cook: ₹9,000/- per month
• Para Helper: ₹5,500/- per month

For Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter and Multipurpose Worker, the prescribed honorarium is ₹7,100/- PM, ₹7,100/- PM and ₹6,000/- PM respectively.
