Educational Qualification
Para Pump Operator
- Matriculation (10th Pass).
- ITI Certificate in Electrician, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Pump Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, or Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic from a recognized ITI.
- OR relevant certificate under the Skill Development Scheme of the Government.
Para Fitter
- Matriculation (10th Pass).
- ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade from a recognized ITI.
- OR relevant Skill Development Scheme certificate.
Multipurpose Worker
- Minimum Middle (8th Pass) or equivalent qualification recognized by the State Government.
The educational qualifications have been prescribed separately for each category of post.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
- Age will be calculated as on 31 July 2026.
Candidates must fulfill the age criteria prescribed by the department.

- Character Certificate issued by Tehsildar
- Proof of Age
- Educational Qualification Certificates
- ITI/Skill Development Certificate (where applicable)
- BPL Certificate (if applicable)
- Experience Certificate

Candidates should attach self-attested copies of all required documents with the application form.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on a total of 10 marks, including:
- Academic Qualification Marks
- BPL Category Weightage
- Relevant Work Experience
- Skill Test / Physical Test
Merit will be prepared on the basis of qualifications, experience, and performance in skill/physical tests. Eligible shortlisted candidates will be called separately for tests.
Working Hours & Honorarium
- Working Hours: 6 Hours Per Day
- Para Pump Operator Honorarium: ₹7,100 per month
- Para Fitter Honorarium: ₹7,100 per month
- Multipurpose Worker Honorarium: ₹6,000 per month
Selected candidates will receive the prescribed monthly honorarium and will work for six hours daily.
