Jal Shakti Vibhag Tutikandi Multipurpose Workers Recruitment 2024:-Applications from desirous eligible candidates are hereby invited for engagement as Multipurpose Workers as per the posts allocated to Hydrology C&M Division, Shimla vide Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag , Shimla office letter No. JSV-ES-III-D.W. Manpower -Vol.V/2023-6074-75 dated 15-01-2024. The detail of Posts is as under: Sr. No.:-
1 Name of Post: – Multi Purpose Worker Number of Posts:- 25 Minimum Essential Qualification:- The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle (8th) pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the State Government Age:- The minimum age shall be 18 years and maximum 45 years as on last day of receipt of application i.e., 17-02-2024 Honorarium: – Rs. 4400/- per month fixed Documents to be attached with application form: Attested/ self attested copies of Detailed Marks Sheet of minimum educational qualification i.e., Middle (8th)
(ii) Experience Certificate, if any, of the related field of IPH/HPPWD/ CPWD/ PSUs or Outsourcing agency
(iii) providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag duly signed by the Executive Engineer. Date of Birth Certificate (If not mentioned in the Middle Standard Certificate)
(iv) Bonafide Himachali Certificate. The duly signed application (neatly hand written/ typed in English/ Hindi) on plain paper super-seribed with the name of post alongwith e-mail ids/ contact details and self-attested copies of above documents should reach in the office of the Executive Engineer, Hydrology C&M Division, Tutikandi, Shimla – 171004 on or before 17-02-2024 upto 4:00 PM. The application received after last date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The Department will not be responsible for delay in receipt of applications due to any reason whatsoever. The details of evaluation criteria, experience and any other detail can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, Hydrology C&M Division, Tutikandi or through email id [email protected]

Note: The number of posts may increase or decrease depending upon actual vacancy position as per the requirement of Jal Shakti Vibhag. The selected candidates can be posted at anywhere under the jurisdiction of Hydrology C&M Division, which covers whole Himachal Pradesh, however, Sub-Division wise tentative distribution of posts is (i) Mandi – 7 (ii) Nahan – 3 (iii) Nurpur – 5 (iv) Shimla – 6 (v) Una – 4 It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to submit all requisite documents mentioned above as short listing/ eligibility shall be done in case the application received are much more than that the numbers of post. The shortlisted candidates, if applicable, will have to undergo skill/ physical Test at Shimla and such candidates will be called for skill/ physical Test through call letters separately.
However, no TA/DA will be payable for appearing in skill/physical test. The original certificates/ testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation (skill/physical test). Candidate shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of Middle standard and in the event of non- issuance of the same by the concerned Education Board, the Detailed Marks Certificate from Principal of School needs to be attached as evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
