MC Mandi Patwari Recruitment 2024:-Applications are invited for re-engaging of 01 vacant post of Patwari on remuneration basis under the establishment of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Mandi, District Mandi HP from amongst the retired Patwaris officials. The application form alongwith all relevant/supporting documents/certificate should reach in the office of the Commissioner Municipal Corporation Mandi on or before 30.08.2024. The application received after the last date or found incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will entertained.

Re-engagement of retires will be made on following Terms & Conditions :-

1.The retired Patwaris will be re-engaged for 03 months in the first instance. It may be extended further depending upon the performance of the candidate & the requirement.
2.The must have rendered minimum 5 year of service in any wing of revenue Department of HP before their superannuation and having no departmental/disciplinary proceeding pending against them.
3. They will be considered for respective post on the recommendations of the committee. Constituted vide this office order No. UD-MC-MND(Estt.)-2024-3830-32 dated 24.07.2024 which is headed by Additional Commissioner Mandi.
4.The retires to be engaged should not be more than 65 year of age on the date of advertisement of vacancies. If the applications exceed the number of vacancies advertised, the candidate who is junior in age will be given preference for engagement against such post.
5.The period of engagement will not be counted for any benefits whatsoever in the service rendered by them before their superannuation.
6.The service of such of such retired persons will be purely on temporary basis and is liable to be terminated at any time during the period of such re-engagement.
7.The person to be engaged will be entitled for one day causal leave after putting one month service.
8/No leave of any kind will be admissible to him/her. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the controlling officer shall automatically lead to the termination of such engagement.
9.They will not be entitled for emoluments for the period of absence from duty.
10. The application will have to procure certificate of his/her fitness from a Government Hospital.
11. They will be entitled to TA/DA if required to go on tour in connection with his/her official duties at the same rate as applicable to regular counterpart officials at the minimum of pay scale.
12. He/she shall continue to avail medical facilities and re-imbursement of Medical Expense as admissible to him/her as retiree.
13. The monthly remuneration shall be paid to the re-engaged retirees on the basis of performance/work conduct certificate, which shall also include the details of cases dealt/disposed of by him/her. This certificate shall be issued by the concemed controlling Authority to the re-engaged retiree at the end of the month.
14. Their re-engagement is liable to be terminated on availability of regular officials. Application should reach in the office of the Commissioner Municipal Corporation Mandi, HP on or before 30.08.2024
