CATEGORY-WISE RESULT OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE POST OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANT OFFLINE)

The category-wise merit list of qualified candidates in the written objective type examination for the post of Technical Assistant (Offline) which was held on 23.07.2021 in this University, is uploaded herewith for notice of the candidates. All these qualified candidates are directed to appear for evaluation of their documents on 10.05.2022 at 03:30 PM sharp in the Office of Registrar, Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni (Solan). The evaluation of documents/certificates of these candidates will be done strictly as per parameters notified vide advertisement No. 01/2019 dated 04.01.2019 which was duly mentioned in the advertisement and thus the candidates are advised to bring with them the downloaded copy of their online application form alongwith necessary original certificates and their self-attested photocopies. Besides, the candidates must bring with them, the enclosed proforma at Annexure-I, duly filled in all respect, alongwith original certificate(s) duly issued by the prescribed authority, in respect of claimed marks, if any, for the purpose of awarding marks. The eligibility of candidates(s) for evaluation will be determined on the basis of original documents produced on the day(s) of evaluation and the University will not be responsible if the candidature of any candidates is rejected at that stage or at the time of verification by the appointing authority. Summoning of candidate(s) for evaluation conveys no assurance whatsoever that they will be selected or recommended. The above candidates are also being informed telephonically and also through SMS/E-mail on their given mobile numbers. No separate intimation in this regard will be sent through post to the candidates. The candidates are further advised to observe Covid-19 behaviour during the evaluation of documents. NO TA/DA will be paid for attending the evaluation.

All these qualified candidates are directed to appear for evaluation of their documents on 12.05.2022 at 11:30AM sharp in the Office of Registrar, Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni (Solan). The evaluation of documents/certificates of these candidates will be done strictly as per parameters notified vide advertisement No. 02/2021 dated 12.02.2021 which was duly mentioned in the advertisement and thus the candidates are advised to bring with them the downloaded copy of their online application form alongwith necessary original certificates and their self-attested photocopies.
