Notice Regarding Conselling For Filling Up Of Posts Of Senior Residents/Tutor(Specialists) In Govt Medical Colleges-IGMC Shimla
It is for the information of all concerned that the revised tentative merit list showing department/specialty- wise details of the candidates in order of merit drawn among eligible candidates as per “Annexure-A” is hereby displayed/ uploaded on the official websites of the DME&R, HP & IGMC,Shimla www.igmcshimla.edu.in and http:/ www.hp.gov.in//hpdmer/.
On the basis of the aforesaid merit list drawn amongst eligible candidates, Verification of original documents and counseling of eligible candidates (Eligibility-cum-Merit wise) has been fixed on 5.3.2022 at 10:30AM to 5:00 PM at Auditorium, IGMC Complex, Shimla.
All the concerned applicants/candidates as per list attached herewith at “Annexure-A” are hereby informed to be present for the Counselling on the scheduled date, time and venue alongwith all the original documents /testimonials and also bring photocopy of each certificate duly self attested. In case any of the candidates are not in a position to be present in person due to the reasons beyond his/her control, he can authorize someone to attend the Counselling on behalf of the candidate subject to production of the proper authority letter as per specimen/ “Annexure-B”. The candidates are advised to stay in touch with above website of IGMC,Shimla and keep their Mobile & emails active for further notification/information or changes, if any.
Note:- It is also clarified that the enclosed merit list is purely provisional and is subject to fulfilment of eligibility-cum-merit after the final merit list to be made/decided after the verification of documents by the counselling committee.
