NOTICE REGARDING COUNSELING FOR FILLING UP POSTS OF SENIOR RESIDENTS/TUTOR (SPECIALISTS) IN DR. Y.S. PARMAR GOVT. MEDICAL COLLEGE, NAHAN

DYSPGMC(B)(2)-SR Interview/2022-1375 Dated:-10.06.2022 & HFW-ME-DYSPGMC(B)(2)- SR Interview/2022-1544 Dated:-22.06.2022 vide which posts of Senior Residents/Tutor (Specialist) were advertised; the verification of original documents and counseling for the above posts is hereby fixed on Dated 16/08/2022 in the office of undersigned at 11:00 AM. All the applicants /candidates are hereby informed to be present for the counseling on the scheduled date, time and venue along with all the original documents /testimonials as mentioned in ‘Annexure-A’ and also bring photocopy of each certificate duly self attested. In case any of the candidates are not in a position to be present in person due to the reasons beyond his/her control, he can authorize someone to attend the Counseling on behalf of the candidate subject to production of the proper authority letter. The candidates are advised to stay in touch with the website of Dr. YSPGMC, Nahan and keep their Mobile and E-mails active for further notification/information or changes, if any.

List of documents to be produced at the time of counselling:-

1. Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate).

2. 10+2 Certificate.

3. Marks sheet of all professional examinations (The final marks sheet of MBBS* showing grand total score).

4. Internship Completion Certificate.

5. Post Graduation Degree/Diploma/Provisional Degree/Mark sheet

. 6. Detail of bond condition.

7. Attempt Certificate in respect of MBBS and MD/MS/DNB etc.

8. Publication, Corresponding/First author (if any).

9. Registration with Himachal Pradesh/any other state Medical Council.

10. Reserved Category Certificate issued by the competent authority.

11. Service Certificate and Experience Certificate (if any).
