Notification Regarding 4th Round of D.El.Ed Counselling Session 2023-25:- HPBOSE-It is notified that in compliance to the orders dated 22.11.2023 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in the matter of CWP No. 9031 of 2023 titled as Blooms Education Society vs. State of H.P& Ors and in compliance to the letter No. HPSES-(SS)-TE-D.El.Ed. Training-2022-23-10206 Dated 12-12-2023 issued by the SPD, the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education is hereby conducting the 4ith round of counselling at the Board’s Headquarters on dated 27.12.2023 from 10.00AM for admission in Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education for the session 2023-25 for private recognized educational institutions. In this context 1384 candidates who have obtained 50% marks in general category and 45% marks in SC, ST, OBC, PHH category and not appeared in last three counselling’s are being called for 4th round of counselling. The list of such candidates according to merit list is available on the Board’s website www.hpbose.org. Candidates are hereby instructed to reach Board’s Headquarter Dharmshala for counselling on the aforesaid date & time. Candidates must ensure to fill the BIO Data FORM available on the Board’s website and bring attested photocopies of all original educational certificates, category/sub- category, domicile certificate and other related certificate alongwith the attested copies. As per the aforesaid court orders dated 22.11.23 in the matter of CWP No. 9031 of 2023 titled as Blooms Education Society vs. State of H.P& Ors. The Hon’ble Court has been ordered that: “The Petitioner-Institution is permitted to participate in the counseling for the purpose of admission of students in two course i.e., B. Ed and D.El.Ed. course and the respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to participate in the counseling and sponsor candidates as per the choice of the students. However, the participating students be made aware about the pendency of the present petition and it may also be made clear that admission taken by the candidates, if any, in two courses in the Petitioner- Institution (Blooms college of Education, (Kot) Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi) shall abide by the final outcome of the Writ Petition and they shall not claim any equity at least against the respondents.” Therefore, the candidates who want to get seats in Blooms college of Education, (Kot) Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi are hereby informed that the matter for affiliation of Blooms College Education for D.El. Ed is pending before the Hon’ble High Court so the admission taken by the candidate in this institute shall abide by the final outcome of the aforesaid CWP and they shall not claim any equity at least against the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Dharmshala and HP.Govt. nboar information, candidates can also contact on telephone number 0189242192.
