On the subject mentioned above it is to inform that the NSUT is intend to engage about 10 (ten) Graduate/Diploma Apprentices in the field of Library and Information Science on the monthly stipend fixed under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
The students with consistent good academic records in Library and Information Science (Diploma/Graduate) and interested in said apprenticeship may registered themselves for the NATS on https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat/commonRedirect/registermenunew.action?struts.token.name=token&t oken=MKAK1TTXT9UTITZDAQNZG1I89SXIRCQD&tokenStatus=open&tokenId=registermenunew& method%3Aregistermenunew=click+here (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) latest by 4 th November, 2022, till 1:00 p.m. and submit an application, mentioning his/her NATS registration number, to [email protected] by said date.
General Conditions:
1. The above requirements are purely on temporarily basis, for a period of twelve months and NATS terms & conditions. The number of apprentices may increase or decrease.
2. No accommodation facilities shall be provided by the University.
3. The candidate will not claim for regularization of his/her service under any circumstances.
4. Selected apprentices will have an opportunity to work & learn in different section of libraries of Main campus, East campus and West campus of the University. The same may be different shifts.
5. Candidates will be required to get his/her original documents verified on the date as fixed for selection.
6. The selection committee will decide the criteria for the selection, may include written/ interview or both. No T.A/D.A will be paid to the candidates for attending the selection committee.
7. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification
8. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill any position without assigning any reason.
9. The students applied to the University against notice no. 100(207)/2019-20/ManpowerReq/LIB/NSUT/78/ dated 20/05/2022 are requested to apply again as per this communication.
