Consequent upon the directions passed by Hon’ble High Court in CWP No. 3023 of 2020 dated 29.11.2021 and the letter issued by the govt., vide letter No. Per(AP-B)E(3)-6/2021 dated 6th April, 2022, the name of the petitioner is hereby recommended for the post of Sub-Inspector (Post Code-729), whose detail is as under:-
The requisitioning authority may be asked to take further necessary action in the matter in terms of the Hon’ble High Court directions in the aforesaid petition.
