Consequent upon the Hon’ble High Court directions in CWP No. 3777 of 2022 on dated 30.08.2022 and 17.10.2022 and as per the provisions contained in Rule 16.8 of Rules of Business and Procedure of the Commission -2 nd amendment Rules 2016, and the approval of the Commission the following candidate is hereby recommended to fill up the post of Statistical Assistant from the existing waiting panel of post code-866 whose detail is as under:
The recommendation be sent to the Director Land Records, HP Shimla-9, in response to his office letter No. Rev.(LR)B(52)/2020-3232 dated 23.03.2022, accordingly.
