Bio-data on the prescribed format as per Annexure ‘A’ is invited from eligible candidates for the post of Lady doctor (part time) on monthly honorarium of Rs. 24,000/- to be filled up in the Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for female addicts at Bhunter, District Kullu on the following terms & conditions.
(1) Age: No bar
(2) Qualification: MBBS and should be registered with Medical Council of India.
(3) Place of posting: Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for female drug addicts at Bhunter, District Kullu.
(4) The above post is unreserved.
(5) The above post is purely temporary (on contract basis) and will be made initially for one year and may be extended after the review of her work and conduct during the year.
(6) The District Red Cross Society is a voluntary organization and in future there is no scope for regularization of the post. The programme is running on grant in aid from the State Government and in event of closer of the scheme, the services of apointee will be terminated and no legal right shall come in the favour of the employee
(7) The recruitment authority reserves the right to change any other term of the advertisement or to rectify the inadvertent/technical error in any stage.
(8) No TA/DA will be given to the candidates for appearing in interview.
How to apply for the post
(a) The interested candidate will be required to submit her bio-data on the prescribed format as per Annexure ‘A’.
(b) Before applying for the post, the candidate must ensure that she fulfill all eligibility conditions as mentioned above.
(c) The interested candidate will be required to submit her bio-data along with copy of certificates of educational qualification and experience in the office of Secretary, District Red Cross Society, Kullu on 22-08-2022 at 10 AM sharp. After scrutiny of bio-data, the candidate will be required to appear before the selection committee.
(d) The walk in interview will be conducted on 22-08-2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Selection procedure
The selection of the candidate shall be made from amongst the eligible candidates, based on an interview of 100 marks and mark shall be evaluated by the selection committee based on the following criteria.
1) Experience in mental health for addiction medicine (Up to maximum five years, 15 marks per year) = 75 marks
2) Knowledge of addiction medicine = 10 marks 3) Case intake management = 15 marks
TOTAL = 100 mark
