Regarding Apptt. Of Ex-servicemen TET qualified JBT.:-DDEE Shimla

Consequent upon the sclection in the counscling conducted by the Department from amongst TET qualified candidates from Board of School Education, Dharamshala District Kangra under ward of Ex-Servicemen in this oflice on dated 09.10.2020 from amongst TET qualified candidates from Board of School Education, Dharamshala District Kangra, with tho prior approval of the Government and direction from The Director Elementary Education Shimla-1 office letter No. EDN. H(Ele)(TV) B6)1-1/2-21-JBT(Apptt.) dated 21.09.2022 and EDN-H (Ele)([V)B(6)1-1/2021-22 (Apptt.) dated 11.10.2022, the following selected candidates are hereby offered appointment as Junior Basic Teacher JBT) under ward of ex-servicemen purely on contrnct basis on the fixed salary of Rs 17820/-1.e. equal to 60% (Sixty percent) of the first cell of the applicable level 8 of the pay matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis) ns per Govt. memorandum No. Fin ( C)B(7)-2/2021 dated 12.01.2022. In case of candidates who have qualified their Diploma in Dlementary Teacher Training (ETT) from any of the institution/University within State of Jammu & Kashmir shall be subject to the final outcome CMP No.7332/2018 in CIVPIL No.157 of 2017 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of H.P. The appointee is directed to report for duty in the respective schools through BEEO’s concerned of their posting against clear cut vacancy as shown against their names within 15 days of the issuance ot this orders subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms and conditions in addition to the usual terms and conditions of the appointment
