Applications are invited from desirous and eligible candidates to fill up the following posts, temporarily on contract basis under the ICMR funded project HBCR in TCCC, department of Radiotherapy, SLBSGMC & Hospital Mandi at Nerchowk District Mandi (HP) up to 30/04/2022 till 5:00 PM, alongwith Bank draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of Principal. After scrutiny of the applications received for the posts, the eligible candidates shall be called for interview/ tests for which the date will be fixed separately by the Selection Committee of SLBSGMC & Hospital Mandi at Nerchowk:Detail of post and eligibility conditions are as under:
1. Data Entry Operator:- 01 Post
Qualification:-Intermediate or 12 pass/ Graduation from recognized board with one year diploma/certificate course in computer. OR Intermediate or 12″ pass with diploma of at least one year duration in Data entry Operator/ Computer application from a recognized University or an institution affiliated to a recognized board or university or from deemed university “A” level course from DOSACC Society/National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIDLIT). OR Graduation from any recognized University with one year Post Graduate Diploma (PGDCA) in computer application from any recognized university/institute. OR Bachelor’s degree in computer application/IT/computer science from a recognized organization. Speed test of not less than 8000 keys depressions per hour through speed test on computer.
2.Project Technical Officer:- 01 Post
Qualification:-Graduation in Social work/ Medical Sociology Psychology from any recognized university institute with 5years work experience in the relevant Community based studies in Health and social science. OR Master degree in social work/ Medical sociology/ psychology (MA-MSW). One year work experience in health research Project from Govt. institute/PSU. Preference will be given having work experience in HBCR Project from Govt. institute/PSU.
Terms and condition for the contract appointment above said post are as under:
1. Candidate must be Bonafide Himachali
2. Appointment is purely on contract basis under ICMR Project HBCR, TCCC, Department of Radiotherapy SLBSGMC& Hospital Nerchowk for a period of one year and further extendable as per ICMR norms till HBCR project. If the contract is not extended further, same will lapse automatically without assigning any reasons
3. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates/Ex-Serviceman as per instructions and guidelines of HP
4. The appointee shall perform the duties as assigned to him/her. The competent authority reserves the right to assign any duties as and when required. No extra/additional remuneration will be admissible in case of such assignment
5. The appointee shall be a whole time employee of SLBSGMCH. Nerchowk and will not accept any other assignment, Paid or otherwise and shall not engage him/her in a private practice of any kind during period of contract.
6. Certificate/ testimonials pertaining to qualification, experiences etc, in original for verification and one set of self attested certificate documents to be attached with application,
7. Since the above post is purely temporary / contract basis for specific period undr ICMR Project scheme, the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment or continuation of his/her services.
8. Benefits of provident fund, CCA, leave travel Concession; Medical Claim etc. are not applicable The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefit like provident funds, pension, gratuity, medical,attendance treatment, seniority. Promotion etc, or any other benefit available to govt. services appointed on regular basis.
9. Appointee shall not be entitled to avail allowances facilities being extended to the adhoc/regular permanent employee of SLBSGMCH Mandi at Nerchowk
10. No TA DA ele, will be given to attend the interview.

5. Character Certificate from gazette Omer 6. One copy of passport size photograph
12. The incomplete application forms/documents will stand cancelled.
13. Qualification and experience should be from a recognized university/organization institution.
14. In case the performance of the candidate is found unsatisfactory, the service of the incumbent will be terminated by giving seven day’s notice
15. The criteria of selection against these posts shall be on the basis of marks obtained in the essential qualification, relevant higher qualification, having valid experience certificate in relevant field and necessary interview marks.
16. The work and conduct will be reviewed on annual basis.
