SPU Mandi Guest Faculty (Computer Science) Recruitment 2024

The walk in interviews for the post of Guest Faculties in Department of Computer Science (purely on temporary basis) will be held in the Office of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Sardar Patel University, Mandi on 08th August 2024 at 10:30 AM. Interested Candidates having eligibility as per UGC Regulations 2018 and their subsequent amendments from time to time may report for walk in interview alongwith all relevant original certificates/documents and application form annexed as Annexure: I

General Instructions,Terms and Conditions: –

1. The qualification shall be as per UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2018 and their subsequent amendments from time to time.
2. The applicants must bring updated Bio-data (or Curriculum Vitae), 02 passport size latest photographs, 02 sets of self- attested photocopies of the mark-sheets, certificates/degrees/ and other relevant documents with their application form and should reach the University at 09.30 am for document verification.
3. The University reserves the right to change the number of vacancy (ies) in any department and also to withdraw partial or full Notification without assigning any reason.
4. The engagement of Guest Faculty is purely on temporary basis and for a period of one semester only, which may be extended (if so required by the University) up to the end of academic session 2024-25.
5. Candidates must ensure before applying that they are eligible according to the criteria stipulated. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and their candidature will be cancelled.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
7.Changes in time and schedule of the Interview, if any, will be displayed only on the website of the University.
8. The candidates must reach the University one hour prior to the schedule of the interview for document verification.
9. The engagement of Guest Faculty is purely on lecture basis, with an honorarium of Rs. 1000/- per lecture, up to a maximum of Rs. 35,000/- per month.
