The Tribune Trust, a reputed organization established in 1881, requires a dynamic and result oriented Principal for its Sr. Sec. School in Chandigarh, The Tribune School. The incumbent should be an outstanding individual who exhibits:

- Sound knowledge of CBSE Rules and Regulations/Procedures
Qualifications/Experience/Compensation:
- Post Graduate Degree
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution
- Experience preferred: 15 years teaching experience in an established and recognized CBSE affiliated Sr. Sec. School
- Administrative experience of 5 years in an established and recognized CBSE affiliated School •
Requirements:
- Knowledge/fluency of English language and IT proficiency
- Experience in effective monitoring and evaluation for staff student and school performance
- Experience in planning budgets and meeting financial goals Proven ability to solve problems resourcefully
- Ability to foster quality relationships with faculty, staff, students, parents, members of the community and alumni
- Age should be above 45 years on the date of application
Compensation:
Commensurate with qualification & experience and negotiable
