Transfer Order of Junior Veterinary Inspector:-HP animal husbandry
Keeping in view CWP No. 526 of 2023- Dharat Singh V/s State of Hp & Ors, in paftial modification of this Directorate office order of even number dated 03.OZ.ZOZ3, orders at Sr. No. 3 &, 4 vide which Sh. Pankaj Kumar, Junior Veterinary Inspector, Veterinary Dispensary Tozing (Lahaul & Spiti) had been adjusted at Veterinary Hospital Gehra (Chamba) vice Sh. Dharat Singh, Junior Veterinary Inspector, are hereby withdrawn with immediate effect. Now Sh. Dharat Singh, Junior Veterinary Inspector shall be retained at his previous place of posting i.e. Veterinary Hospital Gehra (Chamba). Further, the previous office order No. AHY-H(1)B (4)-l72lsr-129-Loose dated 28.12.2022 vide which Sh. Pankaj Kumar, Junior Veterinary Inspector was transferred from Veterinary Dispensary Sach (Chamba) to Veterinary Dispensary Tozing (Lahaul & Spiti) shall remain effective. Hence Sh. Pankaj Kumar is directed to join at Veterinary Dispensary Tozing (Lahaul & Spiti) Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect. He will not be entitled for TTA/ Joining time & any other allowances.
