Applications on the prescribed form are invited for filling up of the following posts under different adhoc research projects operational in the various departments of the University The application form can downloaded from the University website http:www.yspuniversity ac.in. The processing fee will be as under:-
For reserved category candidates (enclose self-attested copy of SCISTIOBC/PH Certificate). Read terms and conditions carefully before filling the application form Application form will be considered valid if it is accompanied with prescribed processing fee in the shape of IPO/Bank Draft payable at State Bank of India/UCO Bank, Nauni, Solan-173230 (H.P.) which should be prepared in the name of the COMPTROLLER DR. YS PARMAR UNIVERSITY OF HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY, NAUNI-SOLAN The application form(s) complete in all respect should be reached on the address as mentioned above by 5:00 PM on 03.03.2022
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONSIOTHER CONDITIONS
1. The applicant must be a Citizen of India
2. Application fee once paid will not be refunded. The candidates selected for appointment to the above posts shall have to execute a service contract agreement after their selection
3. The upper age limit is as under: Senior Research Fellows, Research Associate, Young Professional-II, Project Associate, Research Fellow level-II, Project Fellow is 35 years for men and 40 years for men and for supporting staff 45 years. The upper age limit relaxable by 5 years for candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC. The minimum and maximum age limit shall be reckoned on the concerned last date fixed for receipt of applications
4 The candidate having marks issued in the form of CGPAOGPA should attach approved conversion table formula alongwith the application form
5. The appointments on these posts will be made at fixed salary, purely temporary basis on coterminus with the project concerned or availability of funds, whichever is earlier The candidate applying for these posts shall have no claim for their regularization against the said posts
6. Applicants already working in any project should sent their application form through their PUHOD. ]
7. The number of posts may vary depending upon the need of the project (s).
8. A candidate applying for more than one post should send a separate application form alongwith A the requisite processing fee for each postposition
9. Any further information about qualification and job requirements can be had from the office of the undersigned
10. Incomplete applications or those received after the last date will not be entertained and will be rejected straightway.
11. The University reserves the right not to fill up any or all the posts without assigning any reason
12. Expenses for appearing interview will be borne by the candidate himself herself
13. The University will not accept as valid any arguments or plea such as breakdown, mail, communication, illness etc for non-attendance of the interview and verification of documents where required
14. The candidate must write his/her telephone/mobile phone number and email id in the application form.
15. The candidate must have all the original testimonial at the time of interview
16. Though every care has been taken, yet any mistake crept inadvertently is subject to correction
