YS Parmar University Nauni Project Assistant Recruitment 2024 Notification :-Walk -in-Interview will be held for filling up one temporary post of Project Assistant under the project entitled “Assessment of orchard pruning wood waste to wealth potential of Himachal Pradesh” (under the Project Scheme Code number FMS-129-25) in the Department of Environmental Science, College of Forestry, UHF, Nauni, Solan on 23-03-2024 at 11.A.M. The candidates should fill in the prescribed application form and attend the walk-in-interview in the chamber of the Head, Department of Environmental Science. The processing fee will be Rs. 450/- for general category candidates and Rs. 110/- for reserved category candidates (enclose self attested copy of SC/ST/OBC/PH Certificate). The prescribed processing fee should be in the shape of IPO/Bank Draft payable at State Bank of India/UCO Bank, Nauni, Solan-173 230 (HP) which should be prepared in the name of the Comptroller, Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan.

• The applicant must be a Citizen of India.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Project Assistant male will be 35 and female will be 40.
• The upper age limit is relaxable for réserved category candidates as per Govt. of India norms.
• The candidates are required to appear for walk-in-Interview with their resume on Prescribed Application Form (must include Mobile No. & E mail addresses) enclosing required documents (from matriculation onwards) regarding essential/desirable qualifications, thesis and other relevant certificates.
• The candidates having marks issued in the form of CGPA/OGPA should attach approved conversion table/formula along with application.
• The appointments on this post will be made at the fixed salary purely temporary on co-terminus basis with the project concerned and availability of funds, whichever is earlier.
• The candidate applying for these posts shall have no claim for their regularization as the post is co-terminus with the project and services can be terminated at any time if not required in the project.
• The number of posts may vary depending upon the need of the project.
• The processing fee once paid will not be refunded.
• The University reserves the right not to fill up all or any of the posts without assigning any reason.
• The University will not accept as valid any arguments or pleas such as breakdown/mail/communications/ illness etc. for not-attendance of the interview.
• The candidate must bring all the original testimonials at the time of interview and submit one set of the attested copies at the time of interview.
• Applicants already working in any project should send their applications through their PI/HOD/organization.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Though every care has been taken yet any mistake left inadvertently is subject to correction.
• The candidate has to sign a service contract agreement on stamp paper at the time of joining.
• The service contract agreement shall be renewed on yearly and performance basis
