Educational Qualification

Junior Scale Stenographer (Post Code 801)

• Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
• English Shorthand Speed: 80 WPM.
• Hindi Shorthand Speed: 70 WPM.
• English Typing Speed: 40 WPM.
• Hindi Typing Speed: 30 WPM.
• Knowledge of Word Processing in Computer.

Field Assistant Grade-I (Post Code 802)

• 10+2 Science from a recognized Board of School Education.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
• Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per Himachal Pradesh Government rules.

Field Assistant Grade-I (Post Code 802)

• Science (10+2 Level) – 60 Marks
• English (10+2 Level) – 10 Marks
• Hindi (Matric Level) – 10 Marks
• Himachal Pradesh GK & Current Affairs – 20 Marks
• Total Questions – 100
• Duration – 90 Minutes

Negative Marking
