AIIMS Bilaspur Group A Recruitment 2024:-AIIMS Bilaspur is an apex health care Institute, established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under the “Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY)” with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level health care in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training. Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma from suitable candidates for filling up the following Group ‘A’ post on DEPUTATION BASIS in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur (H.P.).

The candidate(s) who submit(s) their offline application must also submit self-attested copies of all relevant certificates regarding Age, Qualification, Experience including Proof of Payment, Caste certificate in prescribed Proforma, EWS/PwBD Certificate, NOC, other relevant testimonials along with a printout of the application (Appendix-I), with covering letter immediately so as the same reaches to the following address on or before 13.02.2024 by 5.00 P.M. positively. Deputy Director Administration, 3rd Floor, Administrative Block (Recruitment Cell), All India Institute of Medical Sciences Kothipura, Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh-174037 The envelope containing the application(s) should be super-scribbled as “Application for the post of ………………………………… on Deputation Basis for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)” Failure to submit hard copy by due date will lead to cancellation of candidates.

General Conditions:-

1.The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur (H.P.) reserves the right to vary the vacancies or cancel the exercise at any stage of the process without assigning any reason.
2. The maximum age limit for applying for the posts mentioned above on deputation is 56 years as of the last date of receipt of application. However, for the post of Medical Superintendent the maximum age limit is 58 years.
3. The initial period of deputation shall ordinarily be three years from date of appointment and the same will be regulated as per DoPT guidelines.
4. While forwarding their applications, Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority may ensure that the particulars of the candidates are verified and that they fulfil the eligibility conditions. Duly attested photocopies by competent authority of the applicant’s up-to-date Confidential Reports (at least for the latest 05 years) may also be enclosed with the application. It may also be clearly stated that no vigilance/ disciplinary proceedings are pending or contemplated against the candidates concerned. Application without vigilance clearance and ACRs/APARs Dossiers will not be considered. Supporting documents related to qualification, experience etc. may also be self- attested.
5. The applications received after the last date, without signature of the candidate or incomplete or not forwarded though proper channel will be summarily rejected.
6. The deputation will be governed by the standard terms and conditions of deputation provided under Department of Personnel & Training’s OM/order issued/ amended from time to time.
7. All the posts carry usual allowance as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status and other allowances sanctioned in AIIMS Bilaspur (H.P.).
8. AIIMS Bilaspur (H.P) reserves right to conduct written test or interview to shortlist/select the candidates for any post as mentioned in the notification.
9. The posts advertised in the advertisement ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE CANDIDATES WORKING IN PRIVATE ORGANIZATION/INSTITUTE ETC.
