Ayush Department Sirmaur launches Poshan Maah 2025 Campaign

• The Ayush Department of Sirmaur district inaugurated the Poshan Maah 2025 campaign with great enthusiasm on Wednesday. On this occasion, a special program was organized at the LIC office, Nahan, under the Fit India Movement, coinciding with the 69th anniversary of LIC. District Ayush Officer Dr. Indu Sharma informed that Dr. Mamta Jain shared important insights related to nutrition, daily routine, and dietary practices, which can help people prevent lifestyle-related diseases.
• A yoga session was also conducted by Yoga Trainer Unnita, in which LIC Branch Manager Amit Tandon along with the entire staff actively participated. Dr. Indu Sharma further added that this campaign is not limited to Nahan but has also been initiated at all AAM Ayush Health Centers in the district by their respective Ayurvedic Medical Officers. This special nutrition awareness drive will continue throughout September with various activities across the district.

• बुधवार को सिरमौर जिले के आयुष विभाग द्वारा पोषण माह 2025 का शुभारंभ उत्साहपूर्वक किया गया। इस अवसर पर एलआईसी कार्यालय नाहन में फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट के अंतर्गत एलआईसी की 69वीं वर्षगांठ पर एक विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। जिला आयुष अधिकारी डॉ. इंदु शर्मा ने बताया कि इस अवसर पर डॉ. ममता जैन ने पोषण, दिनचर्या और आहार-विहार से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियाँ साझा कीं, जिनके माध्यम से लोग जीवनशैली संबंधी रोगों से बच सकते हैं।
• कार्यक्रम के दौरान योग प्रशिक्षक उन्निता द्वारा एक योग सत्र भी आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें एलआईसी शाखा प्रबंधक अमित टंडन सहित सभी कर्मचारियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। डॉ. इंदु शर्मा ने आगे बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम केवल नाहन तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि जिले के सभी एएएम आयुष स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में संबंधित आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा अधिकारियों द्वारा भी आरंभ किया गया है। यह विशेष पोषण जागरूकता अभियान पूरे सितंबर माह भर जिलेभर में विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से जारी रहेगा।
