DAV Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility and age criteria will be applicable as per the relevant DAVCMC, State and CBSE norms. Candidates should ensure that they meet the educational and other requirements for the post they are applying for.
Applicants are advised to verify their testimonials and supporting documents before completing the recruitment process.
DAV Recruitment 2026 Application Process
Candidates can apply for only one post using their own Registered Mobile Number (RMN). The application process involves three important steps.
Step 1 – Form Ready for Verification
Eligible candidates are required to log in and fill the online CBT registration form by 08 October 2026. At this stage, the submission is partial and remains subject to verification of testimonials.
Step 2 – Verification and Approval for Payment
After completing the form, candidates need to take a printout of the application form and carry it along with the required testimonials to the nearest DAV School for verification.
The verification must be completed before 16 October 2026. This verification is mandatory for final submission and activation of the payment portal.
Step 3 – Submit CBT Examination Fee
After verification and approval, candidates must submit the online CBT examination fee within 7 days by logging in to the official DAV Recruitment website.
Important: Candidates should complete all three steps carefully. Merely filling the online form does not complete the recruitment process.
DAV CBT 2026 Examination
The DAV-CBT (Computer Based Test) is scheduled to be conducted for eligible candidates at different DAV Schools in December 2026.
Important information related to the recruitment process, including timelines, examination dates, examination centres, admit cards, examination details and results, will be updated on the official DAV Recruitment website from time to time.
What Happens After Qualifying DAV-CBT?
Candidates who qualify in the DAV-CBT will be issued a Provisional Eligibility Card (P.E.C.).
Candidates holding a qualified P.E.C. can apply at any DAV School across India for the next stage, which is the Demo-Interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the Demo-Interview conducted by the respective DAV School.
