DDEE Bilaspur JBT(Ex-servicemen) Counselling Schedule 2024 :-Your name has been sponsored by the concerned Sub Regional Employment Officer Ex-Servicemen Employment Cell, Himachal Pradesh at Hamirpur for the post of JBT purely on contract basis under the Ex Servicemen quota. So, you are therefore requested to appear for personal interview/ counseling for the above said post to be held on dated 06.03.2024 at 10.00 am in the office of the undersigned at Meeting Hall along-with following certificates. In case you fail to attend the counseling/interview on the scheduled date, your candidature will not be considered in the above interview process.

The following originals certificates certificates/Diploma/Degree of academic as well as professional along with one Photostat copy of qualification are required at the time of counseling on the scheduled date.

• Matriculation certificate.
• 10+2 certificate.
• JBT diploma / pass certificate.
• TET (JBT) certificate.
• Certificate belonging to SC/ST/OBC category issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
• Bonafide of Himachal Pradesh certificate.
• Employment Registration Card. Character certificate.
• One recent passport size photograph.
• Ex Servicemen Certificates/Wards of Ex Servicemen Certificates (Annexure A, B) along-with affidavit issued from the competent authority.
• Non -Employment certificate to the effect that none of family members is in Government/Semi Government.
