- Candidates are to deposit their application on prescribed form through Registered /Ordinary Post or By Hand only latest by 21th August, 2025 (giving details of Name, Date of birth, Father’s Name, Permanent & Current Address, Educational qualification from High School/ Higher Secondary onwards with the name of Institution, Year of Passing, Marks obtained, Medium of study and field experience, with one passport size colour photograph affixed on it).
- They are also requested to attach self-attested photocopies of all the testimonials along with the application. The original mark-sheets, certificates, experience certificates, etc. are also required to be verified at the time of interview. Compress Application through Online or email will NOT be entertained at any cost. 40 Convert The initial appointment will be for one year or upto project period (as the case may be) and the period will be extended further subject to the performance of the candidate under the respective project. Sign.com Proficiency of the candidate in computer application especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc, may be of added benefit to the candidate. Merge Candidate should be medically fit to work in different areas of the state of HP and Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh.
- All the interested candidates and having required/ essential educational qualification may attend interview on 25th August, 2025 starting at 10.30AM in the Institute. Applications for each of the position are to be submitted separately alongwith educational documents otherwise their candidature is liable to be rejected. More Tools < Age (as on date of interview i.e. 25th August, 2025) in case of JPF/JRF (28 years), SRF (32years), Project Assistant (30 Years), Project Associate-1 (35 Years) should not be exceeded. Further relaxation of 5 years in age to SC/ST/OBC/ Woman candidates will be given as per approved rules.
