Terms & Conditions:-

• The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi worker, Mini Anganwadi worker and Anganwadi assistant has been fixed as 12th pass.
• The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years till the last date of application.
• candidate should be a normal resident of the beneficiary area (feeder area) of the concerned Anganwadi center.
• the annual income of the applicant’s family should not be more than 50 thousand, whose certificate should be certified/copy signed by Naib Tehsildar / Tehsildar / Executive Magistrate Officer.
• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh, whose certificate has been issued by the concerned officer.
  

Interview process

• Selection will be based on merit out of a total of 25 marks.
• For Anganwadi worker, Mini Anganwadi worker and Anganwadi assistant, a maximum of 10 marks will be given for educational qualification based on the maximum pass marks of 10+2, in which the percentage of marks in 10+2 will be on a proportional basis subject to a maximum of 7 marks.
• Candidates having higher educational qualification will be given 3 additional marks, in which 2 marks have been kept for graduation and 1 mark for post graduation and above.
• A maximum of 3 marks will be given for work experience, in which Anganwadi worker/Anganwadi assistant/Bal Sevika/Kindergarten teacher/Nursery teacher/Sewing teacher/Children’s foster care worker working in the concerned Panchayat, who have worked for 10 months, will be given one mark for each year of experience, which will be subject to a maximum of 3 marks.
• 2 marks will be given to Divyang women with 40 percent and above disability.
• 2 marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates, 3 marks for State Home residents, Balika Ashram residents, orphans, widows, destitute, divorcees, married women whose husbands are not traceable for the last 7 years, women deserted by their husbands and those living with their parents.
• 2 marks for unmarried girl from families with two daughters who have no sons or 2 marks for married women with two daughters who have no sons.
• 3 marks will be given for personal interview.

Follow these steps to apply for the HP Bijhari Anganwadi Workers and Assistants Vacancy Recruitment 2025.

• Under the Child Development Project Bijhari, one post of Anganwadi Worker is to be filled in Anganwadi Center Dudar of Gram Panchayat Bijhari. Applications have been invited from eligible women for this post on plain paper along with all the necessary documents at the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) office Bijhari by 5 pm on September 2. CDPO Manoj Kumar said that the age of the applicant should be between 18 years to 35 years on September 2, 2025 and his name should be recorded in the family survey register of the concerned Anganwadi Center.
• The applicant should be at least 12th pass and the annual income of his family from all sources should not exceed 50 thousand. Only the certificate issued by the Tehsildar or Naib Tehsildar or Executive Magistrate regarding income will be valid.
• CDPO said that the recruitment process will be based on a total of 25 marks. In this, maximum 10 marks have been fixed for educational qualification, maximum 3 marks for experience as Anganwadi worker, Bal Sevika, Balwadi teacher, nursery teacher or sewing teacher working in the same Panchayat and child fosterer, 2 marks for 40 percent or more disability, 2 marks for SC, ST or OBC, 3 marks for single woman, 2 marks for unmarried candidate belonging to a family limited to only two daughters or for being mother of only two daughters and 3 marks for interview. For document verification, interview and selection process, the applicant will have to appear personally before the screening committee with original certificates at SDM office Barsar on 5th September at 10:30 am. No separate call letter will be sent in this regard. Information related to the selection process will also be available in the concerned Anganwadi center and Gram Panchayat.
