ASHA Worker Recruitment – Office of Chief Medical Officer, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh)
The Health and Family Welfare Department, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, has invited applications for 14 ASHA Worker positions across various Gram Panchayats. Eligible female candidates belonging to the concerned ward/village can apply. Interested applicants must submit the form during office hours at their respective Block Medical Offices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of the concerned ward/village.
- Minimum qualification: Passed 10th class (preference for 12th pass).
- Age limit: 25 to 45 years.
- Local female candidates will be given preference based on their understanding of community health.
- The applicant must not be employed elsewhere.

- BPL/IRDP certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size photographs
- Residence proof
Important Instructions
- Applications submitted after the last date will not be accepted.
- Submit the form only to your respective Block Medical Office.
- The selection committee’s decision will be final.
