Terms & Conditions:-

• The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi worker, Mini Anganwadi worker and Anganwadi assistant has been fixed as 12th pass.
• The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years till the last date of application.
• candidate should be a normal resident of the beneficiary area (feeder area) of the concerned Anganwadi center.
• the annual income of the applicant’s family should not be more than 50 thousand, whose certificate should be certified/copy signed by Naib Tehsildar / Tehsildar / Executive Magistrate Officer.
• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh, whose certificate has been issued by the concerned officer.
  

Interview process

• Selection will be based on merit out of a total of 25 marks.
• For Anganwadi worker, Mini Anganwadi worker and Anganwadi assistant, a maximum of 10 marks will be given for educational qualification based on the maximum pass marks of 10+2, in which the percentage of marks in 10+2 will be on a proportional basis subject to a maximum of 7 marks.
• Candidates having higher educational qualification will be given 3 additional marks, in which 2 marks have been kept for graduation and 1 mark for post graduation and above.
• A maximum of 3 marks will be given for work experience, in which Anganwadi worker/Anganwadi assistant/Bal Sevika/Kindergarten teacher/Nursery teacher/Sewing teacher/Children’s foster care worker working in the concerned Panchayat, who have worked for 10 months, will be given one mark for each year of experience, which will be subject to a maximum of 3 marks.
• 2 marks will be given to Divyang women with 40 percent and above disability.
• 2 marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates, 3 marks for State Home residents, Balika Ashram residents, orphans, widows, destitute, divorcees, married women whose husbands are not traceable for the last 7 years, women deserted by their husbands and those living with their parents.
• 2 marks for unmarried girl from families with two daughters who have no sons or 2 marks for married women with two daughters who have no sons.
• 3 marks will be given for personal interview.

• One post of Anganwadi worker and six posts of assistant are lying vacant under Sarahan located in Child Development Project Officer Pachhad. These include Anganwadi worker in Anganwadi Center States Malana and Anganwadi Center Kuina Koli, Gram Panchayat Surla Janot, Anganwadi Center Sanon, Gram Panchayat Sirmauri Mandir, Anganwadi Center Shekhara Baghar, Gram Panchayat Baghthan, Anganwadi Center Malhoti Gram Panchayat Vasni, Anganwadi Center Pand Anji, Gram Panchayat Naina Tikkar and Anganwadi Center Did Ghaloot. To fill all these posts, the department has now extended the date of application to 14 August.
• Child Development Project Officer Deepak Chauhan said that the applicants can come to the office and submit their application form. He said that apart from this, applications are also being invited to fill the posts of assistants in Danwar, Katal and Chattod, which have been converted from mini centers to full Anganwadi centers. He informed that the minimum educational qualification required for this should be 10+2 from a recognized board, the age of the applicant should be minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years on the last date of receiving applications under the advertisement.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed 50 thousand rupees and the income certificate should be issued by the Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar / Executive Magistrate.
