निदेशालय शहरी विकास विभाग शिमला हि० प्र० द्वारा विज्ञापन संख्या यु०डी०- एच० (बी०) (2)-12/87-1-9308 दिनांक 25.04.2022 के माध्यम से चौकीदार के 01 रिक्त पद को दैनिक मज़दूरी के आधार पर भरने हेतु प्रकाशित विज्ञापन को प्रशासनिक कारणों से आंशिक रूप से संशोधित किया जाता है । चौकीदार के उपरोक्त 01 रिक्त पद को दैनिक मज़दूरी के आधार पर अनारक्षित श्रेणी से भरने हेतु योग्य अभ्यार्थियों से आवेदन पुनः आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं, जिसकी संशोधित विस्तृत सूचना निम्न है । आवेदन पत्र का प्रारूप एवं संशोधित विस्तृत सूचना निदेशालय शहरी विकास विभाग, हि० प्र० शिमला-2 की वेबसाइट ud.hp.gov.in पर उपलब्ध हैं। आवेदन पत्र का प्रारूप निदेशालय शहरी विकास विभाग, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय “पालिका भवन, टालैंड, शिमला- 171002” से किसी भी कार्य दिवस के दौरान प्रातः 10:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। पूर्ण रूप से भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र एवं वांछित कागजात निर्धारित फीस सहित दिनांक 01.08.2022 सांय 05:00 बजे तक निदेशालय शहरी विकास विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश, पालिका भवन, टालैंड, शिमला 171002 में स्वीकार किये जाएंगे । हालाँकि जिन उम्मीदवारों ने चौकीदार के पद के लिए पहले आवेदन किया है उन्हें पुनः आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है वे केवल 8वी कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने का प्रमाण पत्र (Pass Certificate ) / अंक तालिका (Mark List) की प्रतिलिपि इस कार्यालय में दिनांक 01.08.2022 सांय 05:00 बजे तक जमा करवाना सुनिश्चित करें । सेवादार के 02 रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए उक्त विज्ञापन संख्या यु०डी० एच० (बी०) (2) 12/87-1-9308 दिनांक 25.04.2022 मान्य रहेगी । भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी किये जाने वाले आदेश / परिपत्र या नियमों में किसी प्रकार के संशोधन तत्समय प्रभावी रहेंगे।

HP Urban Development Department Vacancy Details 2022 1.Chowkidar No. Of Posts:- 01 (UR-01) Education Qualification:- (i) Should be Middle Pass from recognized Board of School Education. (ii) As per Govt. Notification No. Per(AP)-C-C(17-2/2018 dated 19-11-2019, a candidate shall be eligible for Class- IV post (s), if he / she has passed Middle or Matriculation from any School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis. (b) DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION(S):- Knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh. Application Fees:- Application fee of Rs. 200/-(Two hundred) for the candidates belonging to General category and Rs. 100 for the candidates belonging to the category/sub categories of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes & EWS/IRDP/BPL etc. The Female candidates shall be exempted from the application fee. The fee will be accepted only in the shape of Demand Draft/Bank Draft/IPO issued in favour of Director, Urban Development Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002.
Terms & Condition: Age of candidates shall be reckoned as on 01.01.2022. As per R&P Rules the minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 45 years. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST & Other categories of persons to the extent permissible under the H.P. Government. Candidate can obtain application form by downloading it from the official website of Urban Development Department, H.P. ud.hp.gov.in or can be obtained from Office of the Director, Urban Development Department, Himachal Pradesh, Palika Bhawan, Shimla-2 on any working day from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM in person. Application received after due date will be rejected straight away without any intimation to the candidate(s). Any further information about the qualification or job requirements can be taken from the office of the Director, Urban Development, H.P. Palika Bhawan, Talland, Shimla-171002 on any working day from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in evaluation. The applications form should be filled complete in all respect by giving correct information. Defective and incomplete applications and those with wrong or false information will be rejected. Short listed candidates will be called for evaluation process as prescribed by the Department of Personnel, H.P. Govt. Notification No. Per(AP.B)B(15)- 5/2015 dated 17.04.2017 on the basis of marks obtained in Middle Examination and other criteria mentioned in notification ibid. The Director, Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002, reserves the right whether to fill-up the post or withdraw the advertisement at any point of time. In case of any objection, the decision of the Selection Committee will be final. Application should reach in office of the Director, Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002, before 05.00 PM on the due date or the next working day, if the due date happens to be a holiday. Attach self addressed envelope duly stamped Rs. 5.00/-.
How To Apply: Note: The interested/eligible candidates will have to apply on prescribed application form for the above mentioned post of Chowkidar and prescribed application fee for the post must be enclosed with the application form. The application alongwith relevant supporting documents as prescribed by the Department of Personnel, H.P. Govt. Notification No. Per (AP.B) B(15)-5/2015 dated 17.04.2017 should reach in the office of Director, Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002, on or before 01.08.2022 till 5.00 PM from non tribal areas and the candidate of tribal areas of HP shall be given an additional time of 15 days (i.e. 16.08.2022 till 05:00 PM) to submit their applications. The applications received after the last date or found incomplete will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The number of post(s) are tentative and may increase or decrease. In case of increase of post(s), the same shall be filled from waiting list prepared at the time of selection for the post being advertised. Selected candidates will be posted in the establishment of Directorate of Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171002.
