HPAS Mains Essay Paper Held on 14 December 2023:-The HAS Mains 2023 commenced on 14 December 2023 with the Essay Paper. The HAS Mains is the second step in the entire Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service exam process. Candidates who clear the mains exam will be called for the final leg of the exam, that is, the HPAS Personality Test or interview which will be held in January -March 2024.

2. Welfare State : Instrumental or Detrimental to Society कल्याणकारी राज्य : समाज के लिए सहायक या हानिकारक
3. Veganism : Health trend or Ethical Necessity शाकाहार : स्वास्थ्य प्रवृति या नैतिक आवश्यकता
4. A Man is but the product of his thoughts and what he thinks he becomes एक मनुष्य अपने विचारों का परिणाम है और वह जो सोचता है वही बन जाता है।
