HPRCA Hamirpur JE (Civil) Post Code:970 Final Result 2025

Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog today declared the final result for the recruitment of 11 posts {Gen(UR)-06, Gen(EWS)-01, OBC(UR)-03, SC(UR)-01} of JE (Civil) (on contract basis) Post Code: 970, the requisition to which was received from the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), HP Shimla-1 and advertised vide advertisement No. 38- 2/2022 dated 24.05.2022. Further the requisitioning authority had withdrawn these posts due to some administrative reasons. Later, the Govt. of HP has conveyed the approval of the competent authority to fill up these posts in HP Public Works Department, subject to condition that these candidates will be appointed as trainee, strictly in accordance with the terms & conditions prescribed vide Govt. letter dt. 14.05.2025 subject to the final outcome of investigation/ court case in FIR No. 07/2023 dt. 17.06.2023. In response to this advertisement, 8616 applications were received, out of which 7177 applications were provisionally admitted for written objective screening test. The Written Objective Type Screening Test was conducted on 10.09.2022 in which 5524 candidates appeared and 1653 candidates remained absent. Based on the performance in the Written Objective Type Screening Test of 100 marks, 36 candidates (in the ratio of 1:3/1:4) in their respective categories had been provisionally short listed for further selection process of document verification, which was conducted on 25.08.2025. Subsequently, 36 candidates appeared whereas candidature of 01 candidate was rejected by the Aayog. The Aayog has compiled the result of 10 posts of JE (Civil) (as Trainees). The candidates bearing following Roll Numbers have been declared successful and hereby notified for further recommendation:
