Consequent upon the directions of Hon’ble High Court in CWP No 1925/2020 dated 08.09.2022 and as per the decision of the Commission the name of the candidate bearing following details is recommended to the post of Radiographer, Post Code-585 (on contract basis) subject to verification of her eligibility by the employer department as recommended by the expert committee constituted by the Government in its report .
Further as there is no vacant posts in Gen(UR) category the candidate has been recommended over & above the requisitioned posts in order to comply with the directions of Hon’ble High Court. The requisitioning authority may be informed accordingly.
