Expression of interest is hereby invited by the undersigned to be posted at Indian Institute of Information Technology Una, Distt. Una (H.P.) an Institute of National Importance under the MoE, GoI for 02 posts, 01 of Office Staff Accounts Section, and 01 of Physical Training Instructor from the interested and eligible candidates.

1.Name of the Post :-Office Staff -Accounts Section
Nature of Post :-Outsourced
No. of Post:- One
Salary per Month :-Rs.30,000/- (Consolidated Pay)
Essential Qualification and Experience Essential– Bachelor’s Degree in commerce (B.Com.) with Knowledge of Computer Applications, Tally Software is mandatory. Minimum 10 years working experience in preparation and finalisation of accounts in reputed organisation.
Desirable-Knowledge of Taxation matters like GST and Income Tax will be preferred

2. Name of the Post :-Physical Training Instructor
Nature of Post :-Outsourced
No. of Post:- One
Salary per Month:- Rs.30,000/- (Consolidated Pay)
Essential Qualification and Experience Essential- Post Graduate (M.P.Ed) and or Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Physical Education.
Desirable-Knowledge of Computer Application will be preferred.

General terms and Conditions:

i) The posts are purely temporary.

ii) The posts are for a period of one year from the date of joining, initially and later extendable based on performance.

iii) The selected candidate will have no right whatsoever to the permanent employment/regularization, etc.

iv) The assignment can be terminated with advance three-month notice period from either side.

v) After expiry of the said period, employment shall cease to exist automatically unless the same is extended by the outsourced agent.

vi) The employee shall strictly observe the code of conduct, Institute norms, Rules and polices prescribed by the institute from time to time during the period of deployment.

Note: The aforesaid terms and conditions shall be supplementary and in addition to the terms of appointment order, which shall be issued to the selected candidate. Any application submitted after the specified time and or with incomplete information will not be accepted.
