Narendra Modi will inaugurate Prasad scheme in Chintpurni today

• प्रसिद्ध देवी मंदिर चिंतपूर्णी में प्रस्तावित महत्वाकांक्षी स्वदेश दर्शन एवं प्रसाद योजना के प्रथम चरण का शुभारंभ वीरवार  को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी  करेंगे। 
• इस योजना के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने 50 करोड़ रुपये का बजट स्वीकृत किया है, जिसकी पहली किस्त 24.55 करोड़ रुपये जारी कर दी गई है।
•  प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सुबह 11 बजे योजना का वर्चुअली शुभारंभ करेंगे।   
• वर्ष 2018 में प्रसद योजना के अंतर्गत प्रदेश के एकमात्र धार्मिक स्थल चिंतपूर्णी का चयन हुआ था। 
• प्रदेश के देवी मंदिरों में चिंतपूर्णी में सबसे ज्यादा चढ़ावा चढ़ाया जाता है। जमीन अधिग्रहण का पहला चरण पूरा कर चुका है व दूसरे चरण की प्रक्रिया भी न्यास ने शुरू कर दी है।  मंदिर के विस्तारीकरण के प्रथम चरण की रूपरेखा बनाई जा रही है। मंदिर का गर्भ गृह पुराने स्वरूप में ही रहेगा व परिसर का भवन तीन मंजिला होगा। 

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first phase of the proposed ambitious Swadesh Darshan and Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Augmentation Drive (PRASAD) Scheme scheme at the famous Devi Temple Chintpurni on Thursday.

• The Central Government has approved a budget of Rs 50 crore for this scheme, of which the first installment of Rs 24.55 crore has been released.
• Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the scheme virtually at 11 am.
• In the year 2018, Chintpurni, the only religious place in the state, was selected under the Prasad scheme.
• Among the goddess temples of the state, maximum offerings are made in Chintpurni. The first phase of land acquisition has been completed and the Trust has also started the process of the second phase. The outline for the first phase of expansion of the temple is being prepared. The sanctum sanctorum of the temple will remain in its old form and the building of the complex will be three storeyed.
