हिमाचल प्रदेश कैडर के 2009 बैच के आईपीएस अधिकारी विमुक्त रंजन, प्लाटून कमांडर रजनीश, और क्षेत्रीय लीडर आशा कुमारी को राष्ट्रपति द्वारा विशेष पुलिस सेवा पदक एवं सराहनीय सेवा पदक से सम्मानित किया गया है। विमुक्त रंजन वर्तमान में स्पेशल प्रोटेक्शन ग्रुप (SPG) में डिप्टी इंस्पेक्टर जनरल (DIG) के पद पर सेवाएं दे रहे हैं और इससे पहले वे धर्मशाला में दलाई लामा की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी निभा चुके हैं। रजनीश, जो कि प्लाटून कमांडर के रूप में होमगार्ड्स में कार्यरत हैं, ने चचाई नाला (मणिकर्ण घाटी) में बाढ़ आपदा के दौरान हिमरी पार (कुल्लू) क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय बचाव कार्य किया। आशा कुमारी, जो राज्य मुख्यालय में प्रशिक्षण शाखा में कार्यरत हैं, ने अपने 34 वर्षों के करियर में उच्च स्तर की व्यावसायिकता, अनुशासन और निष्ठा के साथ कार्य करते हुए कई आपात स्थितियों और चुनाव ड्यूटी में उत्कृष्ट योगदान दिया है।

Vimukt Ranjan is currently serving as DIG in the Special Protection Group (SPG) and has earlier managed the security of the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala. Rajneesh, serving as Platoon Commander in the Home Guards, played a remarkable role in rescue operations during a flood disaster at Chachai Nala (Manikaran Valley) in the Himri Par area of Kullu. Asha Kumari, posted in the training branch at the state headquarters, has demonstrated high professionalism, discipline, and dedication over her 34-year career, contributing significantly during emergencies and election duties.
