📢 Important Update – Document Verification (Trainee Driver Post Code-704)

In partial modification of earlier notice dated 12.09.2025, it is informed that the verification of original documents/certificates of candidates qualified in the Practical Driving Test for the post of Trainee Driver (Post Code-704) will now be conducted on:

🗓️ 19.09.2025 from 12:00 Noon onwards (instead of 18.09.2025).

🚦 Practical Driving Test Result – Trainee Driver (Post Code-704)

The result of the Practical Driving Test of the shortlisted candidates in written objective type examination for the posts of Trainee Driver (Post Code-704), advertised vide Advertisement No. 04/2025 dated 04.06.2025, is now available. The test was conducted on 12.09.2025 at University Play Ground, Dr. Y.S Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni (Solan).

📌 Instructions for Qualified Candidates

Qualified candidates are required to appear for the documentation procedure in the office of the Registrar, Dr. YSP UHF, Nauni (Solan).

• Bring downloaded copy of online application form.
• Carry necessary original certificates, driving license etc. (as claimed in application form).
• Submit one set of photocopies of documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

⚠️ Note: Eligibility of candidates will be verified only after checking original documents. Summoning for documentation does not guarantee selection/recommendation.

Candidates are also being informed via their registered mobile numbers and email IDs. No separate intimation through post will be sent.
