CLAT 2027 Notification Out: Apply Online From 3 August, Check Exam Date, Eligibility, Fees & Exam Pattern
The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the CLAT 2027 Notification on 2 August 2026. Students who want admission to the 5-year Integrated UG Law Courses (BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, BSc LLB, etc.) in 26 National Law Universities (NLUs) can apply online from 3 August 2026 to 31 October 2026.
CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is one of India’s most popular law entrance exams. It is conducted every year for admission to top National Law Universities through a single entrance examination.

CLAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- General/OBC candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with at least 45% marks.
- SC/ST/PwD candidates must have secured at least 40% marks.
- Students appearing in Class 12 exams in 2027 can also apply.
- Admission will be confirmed only after submitting the qualifying examination certificate.
- Foreign Nationals are not eligible to appear for CLAT and must contact respective NLUs directly.
Age Limit
- There is no upper age limit for CLAT 2027.
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
