What is HP JBT Commission Exam:-HP JBT Commission exam is a recruitment exam conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Ayog Hamirpur (HPRCA). This exam is for recruitment to the post of JBT Teachers in Himachal Pradesh Govt Schools.

HPRCA JBT Commission Education Qualification:-

10+2 with 50% marks or Senior Secondary with 50% marks from a recognized Board of School Education and 2 years Junior Basic (JBT) Teacher’s course/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from an institute affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE).
OR Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (by whatever name known).
OR Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
OR Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR Graduation and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (by whatever name known) OR Post Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed. AND ii) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by H.P. Board of School Education Dharamshala, Distt Kangra or any other Agency authorized by the Government. Note(i): Relaxation upto 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed in minimum educational qualifications and also in minimum qualifying marks for TET to the candidates, belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PWD categories. Note(ii): The minimum qualification as prescribed by NCTE on the date of publication of the advertisement shall also be considered as part and parcel of these R&P Rules and the Government (in the Department of Elementary Education, H.P shall provided such changes in the minimum essential qualification to the recruiting agency till the date of publication of advertisement. b) Provided that a candidate must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis. Desirable Qualification(s):-Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
